Well here I am again - been off doing other things for the past five months!
Just beginning my second lot of exercises on Web 2 and hoping to learn more new stuff - interested to find out about Twitter because haven't had anything to do with it, also to learn about music files - again a total blank to me at present.
I guess public libraries could use a blog to promote services and events and link to useful sites for customers.

Hi de hi - welcome back! And a great first post. I've been reading a few of the staff blogs and some ppl have said Twitter was a bit of a hassle to join/send a message. With that in mind, here's a link to a 'How To' YouTube clip that takes you through it step by step.
